Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental well-being of your clients:

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships while respecting professional ethics and boundaries.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, conduct stability reviews, schedule appointments, and determine when discharge is appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and closely monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client interaction, contributing to effective therapeutic tracking and continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate service offerings.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to clients on a weekly basis.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to foster personal and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with peers and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care and mutual support within the team.

• Maintain a proactive growth mindset, embracing learning opportunities to enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied patient population that includes adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Each client presents unique circumstances, and you will be expected to tailor your approach accordingly, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting, post-graduation.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following experiences will be preferred:

• Proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for efficient practice management.

• Demonstrated skills in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and experience conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience and performance. In addition to a fee-for-service compensation model and guaranteed pay rates prior to client collections, we provide:
