Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment planning, and progress notes using our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidenced-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments including intake interviews and standardized evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of psychologists, social workers, and case managers to facilitate comprehensive care and resource sharing for our clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing to the development of protocols that ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent, allowing for clinical practice in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between $90,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
