Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and coordinate clinical care for patients, ensuring each individual receives proficient, individualized treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on the specific needs of each patient.

• Manage a diverse caseload, addressing the psychological needs of clients facing various life challenges.
\n
• Utilize advanced assessment techniques to evaluate patients and their families, developing and implementing effective intervention plans collaboratively.

• Exhibit proficient counseling skills to help patients and their families navigate crisis situations and implement therapeutic interventions.

• Offer personalized counseling services, including individual therapy, couple's counseling, or family therapy, as needed, with the option to refer clients to specialized professionals for further support.

• Conduct regular evaluations to monitor the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Document care plans, therapeutic progress, and assessment findings meticulously to maintain comprehensive treatment records.

• Provide educational resources and supportive programs to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, emotional distress, or behavioral challenges, ranging from adolescents to older adults. Your clinical expertise will help assess their unique circumstances and develop tailored strategies that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, candidates with experience in group facilitation, crisis intervention, multi-disciplinary collaboration, or specialized therapy modalities will be preferred. Familiarity with technology and teletherapy is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 per year for full-time employees, based on qualifications and experience.

• Part-time positions offer a flexible hourly rate with additional performance bonuses of up to $2,000.
