Work Environment This position offers the unique flexibility of a remote work setting while being integrated into an outpatient office dynamic. Although you will primarily operate from a location of your choice, you will have opportunities to engage with a tight-knit team of mental health professionals, ensuring that collaboration and support are never more than a virtual distance away. Key Responsibilities Conduct onsite therapeutic interventions for individuals and families experiencing crisis situations, providing compassionate and effective support. Collaborate with First Responders to provide timely crisis intervention, which may include assisting in the transport of clients to appropriate care facilities when necessary. Lead dispatched mobile crisis teams, offering clinical guidance and mentorship to fellow team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Complete detailed assessments to create a clear clinical picture of clients' needs, subsequently making informed treatment recommendations. Coordinate referrals for case management, placement, and aftercare services, tailored to the specific requirements of clients. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of community resources to facilitate direct client referrals and support. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a multitude of mental health challenges. Our clients often face issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and major life transitions. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding them through their journey to improved well-being. Qualifications An accredited Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC). A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective therapy. A deep understanding of adolescent mental health and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges. Preferred Experience In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, team leadership, or community mental health services will be prioritized. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is an advantage in this remote role. Compensation and Benefits This position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
