Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, with a focus on developing effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and record-keeping requirements, documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately and securely.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and training to stay updated on latest clinical practices and expand your therapeutic repertoire.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related difficulties, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a clinical social worker (LCSW), professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation structure is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary, therapists may benefit from a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Other benefits include:
