Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and other approaches tailored to meet client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and cultural considerations.

• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions when applicable, fostering a supportive environment for growth and healing.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while providing continuous feedback and encouragement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, participating in case consultations and supervision as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low acuity adults who are seeking support for a diverse range of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies to enhance their overall quality of life and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature that fosters strong patient-therapist relationships.

• Proficiency in using technology, with strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapeutic platform and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates who possess experience in providing teletherapy and who have a background working with adult populations in community health settings.
