Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of students' emotional, social, and academic needs to develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each student's situation.

• Regularly reevaluate and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback, ensuring adherence to best practices in clinical care.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress accurately utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate closely with educators and school staff to develop and implement strategies that support positive behavioral change in students.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student cases and share insights based on clinical data and observations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in diverse educational settings, ranging from elementary through high school. You’ll support students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics, employing a compassionate and culturally competent approach to address their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license and a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) are essential.

• At least two years of hands-on clinical experience, particularly in school environments or with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
