Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough supervision sessions in collaboration with the site supervisor to ensure best practices are being followed.

• Participate actively in meetings, including regular staff meetings and consultation with clinical personnel to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Identify and utilize available agency resources and services to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Complete hosting agency orientation and familiarize yourself with organizational policies, procedures, and key staff members.
\n
• Prepare thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes and addressing specific research and evaluation needs regarding client challenges.
\n
• Engage in small group supervision or seminars, contributing to the review of videotaped sessions and pertinent research findings.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
\n
• Coordinate with partner agencies regarding client services and necessary visits to enhance integrated care.
\n
• Research and implement best practices for various assignments, as directed by the supervisor, to improve treatment outcomes.
\n
• Conduct client consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Document case notes, client assessments, and treatment evaluations in a timely manner.
\n
• Contribute to the development and adjustment of individual treatment plans (ITP) based on ongoing assessment and client feedback.

• Support the treating therapist in the scoring, interpreting, and reporting of Psychometric assessments to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
