• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional plans and individual education programs
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to reinforce lessons and foster comprehension
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment through encouragement and respectful interactions
• Support students with personal care needs as necessary
• Adapt instructional activities and materials under teacher guidance
• Document student progress and communicate observations to appropriate staff
