Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions, tailored to the unique needs of each client, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance authorization.
\n
• Create and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stable functioning and achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with clients to design effective discharge plans that support their transition and continuity of care.
\n
• Adhere consistently to federal and state regulations and Serenity Peaks policies to ensure the highest standards of care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to foster a culture of teamwork and shared learning.

• Ensure compliance with all licensure requirements and complete mandatory training as mandated by the state and professional regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily engage with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Your work will focus on empowering individuals and families to navigate their mental health journeys, fostering a therapeutic alliance that prioritizes their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets the requirements for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

• Strong commitment to providing culturally competent and ethically sound therapeutic services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
