Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Amiral Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients referred by physicians, establishing appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Develop and implement a variety of treatment programs for patients with needs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to patient concerns and adapting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with a broader healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes, sharing insights and strategies informed by the latest research in rehabilitation.
• Administer specialized therapeutic care in a hands-on capacity, employing various procedures and techniques to foster positive changes in patient condition as outlined in the physician's treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and self-care strategies.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall operational success of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, each with unique challenges and recovery goals. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as per the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, highlighting your capacity to treat a variety of patient conditions.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, essential for interacting with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain patient records and documentation.
