Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history, performing detailed assessments, and establishing personalized treatment plans based on findings.
• Communicate evaluation outcomes and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively engaging them in goal-setting and interventions.
• Implement and document treatment protocols effectively, adjusting them based on patient progress and changes in their condition.

• Contribute to departmental goals and compliance with all regulatory standards, including quality assurance and accreditation requirements.

• Foster a positive patient experience by being adaptable to their needs and actively working to eliminate barriers to access care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
