Formulation Technician II (12hr days, 2-2-3 rotation)

Formulation Technician II will manufacture sterile injectable pharmaceutical products in an aseptic filling environment at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Greenville, NC facility. The role involves cleanroom operations, batch documentation, equipment operation, and adherence to cGMP standards on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture sterile injectable products following area SOPs and cGMP regulations
• Document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Operate filling isolators, autoclaves, parts washers, and related equipment
• Perform cleanroom tasks including line changeovers, parts preparation, and filter integrity testing
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and perform general material handling in aseptic environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures precisely
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• cGMP environment experience preferred
