Sr Formulation Technician (12hr days, 2-2-3 rotation)

Senior Formulation Technician role in pharmaceutical manufacturing at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Greenville, NC facility. Operates advanced equipment on vial line 9 in a regulated cleanroom environment on a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shift schedule (6am-6pm).

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor advanced equipment on vial line 9
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical manufacturing or production experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in SOPs and accurate documentation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Preferred: cGMP environment experience
  • Preferred: Cleanroom and aseptic processing experience
