Sr Formulation Technician (12hr Day Shift; 2-2-3 rotation)

Senior formulation technician at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Greenville, North Carolina. The role involves sterile injectable drug product manufacturing, aseptic filling operations, and equipment management on a 12-hour day shift rotation (2-2-3 schedule).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products in compliance with area SOPs and current cGMP standards
• Verify and document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Operate aseptic filling isolators, parts washers, autoclaves, and perform filter integrity testing
• Perform cleanroom maintenance, parts preparation, tray loading, and troubleshoot equipment alarms
• Provide guidance to team members and serve as designated trainer and certified subject matter expert

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Associate's degree with 1+ year manufacturing experience, or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in aseptic filling and cGMP manufacturing practices
• Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance and work in cleanroom environment
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow SOPs
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
