Formulation Technician II (12hr nights, D shift, 2-2-3)

Formulation Technician II position at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility producing sterile injectables on a rotating night shift (6pm-6am, 2-2-3 schedule). The role involves aseptic filling operations, equipment operation, and documentation in a regulated cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products in compliance with SOPs and current cGMP regulations
• Verify and document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Perform aseptic filling operations including line changeovers, filter integrity testing, autoclave operation, and isolator use
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and perform general material handling and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Basic math skills and good written/verbal communication
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Preferred: cGMP environment experience and automated filling equipment familiarity
