Formulation Technician II (12hr nights, 2-2-3 rotation)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Formulation Technician II to operate and maintain aseptic pharmaceutical filling equipment in a cleanroom environment on a 12-hour night shift schedule. The role involves equipment operation, batch documentation, line changeovers, and manufacturing support tasks in a cGMP-regulated facility.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment in aseptic pharmaceutical filling areas
• Verify and document manufacturing activities in batch records and controlled forms
• Perform line changeovers, filter integrity testing, parts preparation, and material handling
• Operate parts washers, autoclaves, and filling isolators per SOPs
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and maintain cleanroom conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to lift 40 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Good verbal and written communication skills
