Job Title: Sales Director / Hunter (BFS) Location: New York / New Jersey Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: Opus Technology is seeking a high-performing Sales Director / Hunter to drive new business acquisition within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector. This role is focused on winning new logos, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening Opus Technology's footprint across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate brings a strong hunter mindset, deep BFS domain exposure, and a consistent track record of closing large, complex IT services and digital transformation deals. Key Responsibilities: • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing net-new opportunities within the BFS segment. • Build, manage, and execute a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets. • Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships, positioning Opus Technology as a strategic partner. • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to develop tailored, value-driven proposals. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to differentiate offerings and maximize win rates. Required Experience & Skills: • 12+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a strong focus on the BFS domain. • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logos in the U.S. market. • Demonstrated success in selling digital transformation, data, cloud, or application services. • Strong network and relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors) within BFS organizations. • Ability to manage complex, multi-million dollar deals with long sales cycles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Willingness to travel as required across the U.S. region
