Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver effective services to individuals and families facing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and create initial discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions align with each patient’s treatment plan.

• Develop and maintain initial treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating additional support services as necessary and making revisions as the patient progresses.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards.

• Manage a personalized caseload effectively, balancing the needs of each patient while ensuring top-quality care.

• Actively participate in treatment team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

• Always maintain a compassionate, professional demeanor, resolving patient complaints and prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Perform additional tasks and functions as required to assist the clinic in achieving its overall service goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Comfort Corner Psychological and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
