Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and ethical individual therapy sessions using video conferencing to ensure client comfort and confidentiality.

• Employ evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to address a variety of mental health concerns effectively.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ distinct needs, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Support clients in gaining insights into their feelings, behaviors, and relationships through a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

• Consistently monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and assisting clients in cultivating healthy coping strategies.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Our focus is on enhancing each individual's quality of life by equipping them with the skills they need to confront their challenges and promote overall mental wellness. You will play a crucial role in delivering tailored therapeutic support to help clients navigate their unique life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No limitations on your licensure, with a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms required for telehealth counseling.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in telehealth settings is a plus, although we provide onboarding support to familiarize you with our systems and practices. Additionally, a background in working with diverse populations and specific mental health challenges will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
