As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Health Link Now Psychological Center, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities that directly impact patient outcomes:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance patient engagement and recovery.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining awareness of compliance standards and organizational goals.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, local service systems, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with local and state agencies to promote services, identify new partnerships, and pursue funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences, workshops, and network meetings relevant to the mental health field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives and client care efforts.
