This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You can choose between full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) options, granting you the freedom to manage your own hours and responsibilities from the comfort of your home. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with mental health challenges. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, providing emotional support, and guiding clients through their therapeutic journey to promote personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Successfully demonstrated independence in practice without the need for supervision.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications essential for remote counseling.
\n
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted therapy sessions.

• Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly in a fully remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, dependent upon experience and the number of hours worked. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available to all new hires.
