Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine each child's developmental status.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and team members.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes of interventions, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary to meet evolving child and family needs.
\n
• Implement strategies and evidence-based practices aimed at enhancing children's skills across various developmental domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with families, offering guidance and support to optimize their child’s development.
\n
• Employ a coaching model and principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach to early intervention.
\n
• Comply with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to social work and early intervention services to ensure the health and safety of all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with young children, particularly those exhibiting developmental delays or disabilities, as well as their families. Your role will be critical in addressing the unique challenges these families face, equipping them with the tools and resources necessary for successful development. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and a passion for working with children and families.

• Strong organization and time management skills to balance case load effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
