Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention services, documenting findings and recommendations appropriately.
\n
• Take an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families to create actionable and tailored strategies for each child's growth.
\n
• Monitor and assess the progress of children in the program, utilizing data and feedback to adjust intervention plans as necessary.
\n
• Provide direct support and guidance to families, empowering them with the tools and knowledge they need to foster their child's development effectively.
\n
• Establish meaningful relationships with children and families to create a trust-based environment that encourages participation in services.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing clinical practice and service delivery.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate child learning and development.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices and program requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role is young children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each unique situation is handled with sensitivity and respect. Your role as an LCSW is instrumental in bridging families with essential resources and support systems that enhance developmental outcomes for children in their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel to community and client meetings.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, especially in an early intervention context, is essential.

• Strong commitment to upholding Natural Learning Environment Practices in all service delivery.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet various learning styles and circumstances of children and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
