Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns, identify appropriate clinical diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, group, and family settings, utilizing proven therapeutic modalities to address specific mental health challenges.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and effective support for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulously organized and confidential records, including comprehensive treatment plans and timely progress notes, in adherence with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and enhance the quality of comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a welcome sign-on bonus.
