Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing various mental health challenges.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and referrals to other resources as required, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress within our dedicated electronic health records system, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals and school staff, to provide integrated care and support tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical social work principles.
