Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of residents to diagnose acute and chronic health conditions.

• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for residents.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a current, active state Nursing license.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in community health, geriatric, or public health settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits
