Work Environment

In this role, you will be working onsite at our Assisted Living Facility, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals. You can expect a schedule of Monday to Friday, encompassing 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will play an integral role in our healthcare facility by taking on the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously obtain patient medical histories to build comprehensive health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your decision-making.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, continually assessing progress and adapting as necessary.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, ensuring clarity in results and their implications for patient care.
• Provide valuable patient education on disease prevention, pain management strategies, and health maintenance, empowering patients to take charge of their health.
• Collaborate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal patient care, sharing insights and fostering a team approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations while also ensuring confidentiality and privacy of health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with a current Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Active Nurse Practitioner certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in pain management and conducting physical examinations.
• Current provider cards in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirements provide a guideline, we prefer candidates who have experience working in assisted living facilities or similar environments. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and a strong base in geriatric care practices will enhance your candidacy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
