Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Keansburg, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, impairments, and functional limitations before implementing an appropriate treatment plan.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and modalities aimed at reducing pain and improving mobility.
• Implement therapy regimes in accordance with physician notes and patient feedback while regularly tracking patient progress and documenting all treatments thoroughly in compliance with health regulations.
• Reassess and refine therapeutic goals based on patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about the rehabilitation process and the correct use of assistive devices or prescribed exercises at home.
• Stay up-to-date with professional knowledge by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and reviewing relevant literature to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
