Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy, located in the heart of Fords, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

The rehabilitation center in Fords provides a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere. Working onsite, you will interact with fellow health professionals including physical therapists, assistants, and administrative staff while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment designed to facilitate patient recovery. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, amounting to a 40-hour work week, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement treatment programs inclusive of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and utilization of modalities to promote healing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining open lines of communication and actively engaging patients in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes, utilizing evidence-based methods in practice.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, self-management techniques, and prevention strategies to facilitate early independence.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with the physician's outlined care approach.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals as set by management, contributing to overall clinic performance and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatric needs. The physical therapist will have the opportunity to develop specialized skills in various areas, allowing for a dynamic and enriching treatment experience tailored to meet the unique requirements of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to develop rapport with patients.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills essential for maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• A desire to build and foster relationships with patients and the wider community, enhancing overall patient care and outreach.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is highly preferred.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• State licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that ensures our team members are well-supported.
