Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, observing their physical abilities and limitations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Monadnock Care Solutions, you will work across diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine patients. Your role will focus on individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions, providing tailored care that addresses their unique circumstances. By developing targeted rehabilitation strategies, you will significantly contribute to improving their quality of life and functional abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• State License to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Proficient computer skills relevant to patient management and administrative tasks.
• A proven ability to build positive relationships with patients, promoting trust and adherence to rehabilitation plans.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certificate and ongoing engagement in professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
