Work Environment

This position is located in our well-equipped outpatient office in Red Bank, New Jersey. You will work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, totaling approximately 40 hours per week, providing a structured yet supportive work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Create and implement effective rehabilitation strategies that are consistent with your patients' unique needs and goals.
• Treat a diverse patient base including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations, adapting techniques to meet varying needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring patients feel valued and understood.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
• Engage in ongoing training and consultation with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment methodologies and maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge and practical skills for at-home therapeutic exercises.
• Meet defined utilization goals and contribute positively to the clinic's operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification from an accredited provider.

• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation services.

• Previous experience with evidence-based practice in physical therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
