Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by their physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices to maximize recovery potential.
• Implement therapeutic interventions across a wide range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapy.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care tailored to each patient's specific condition, applying techniques that align with their physician's care plan.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment processes, self-management strategies, and exercises to enhance recovery.
• Actively contribute to clinical meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.

• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
