Work Environment

This position is onsite and primarily takes place within the homes of our patients in the Rahway community. As a Physical Therapist, you will operate in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Your interactions will include working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including reviewing pertinent patient history, performing specific assessments, and documenting results to inform treatment decisions.

• Implement tailored rehabilitation programs and utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Keep comprehensive records of patient treatment, progress, and revisions to foster effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Stay updated with the latest methodologies, tools, and evidence-based practices in physical therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the valuable contributions of our Physical Therapists.
