Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to client needs.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and organized clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops to stay up-to-date with current best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, contingent upon experience and caseload availability.
