Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote setting, enabling our mental health counselors to work from home while engaging with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our supportive digital environment promotes collaboration, allowing counselors to connect with colleagues and share insights, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive client care. You will work a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, which helps maintain a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health and addiction-related needs of clients, ensuring a precise understanding of their challenges and experiences.

• Designing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the individual goals of each client, incorporating therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to foster growth and healing.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals facing addiction challenges, ranging from substance use disorders to behavioral health issues.
