Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Bridge, you will:

• Engage with couples to foster healthy communication and resolve relational conflicts, as well as provide individual therapy as necessary.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, tailoring treatment plans that focus on enhancing family dynamics and individual therapeutic goals.

• Address various psychological challenges, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family issues, and divorce adjustments.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions that involve multiple members to enhance understanding and collaboration.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based modalities and incorporate teletherapy tools for client sessions.
\n
• Document client progress, treatment goals, and outcomes according to regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, including couples seeking relationship improvement and families navigating complex issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
