Key Responsibilities\n

  Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

  Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments to diagnose a range of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based methods.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

  Provide ongoing counseling sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on regular evaluations of client progress and feedback.

  Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared learning; appropriate for clients with similar mental health challenges.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any referrals made.

  Collaborate with other health professionals and refer clients to specialized services when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families that face a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your role will be vital in helping these clients gain insights into their challenges and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

  Must possess an active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

  Experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy is preferred but not required.

  Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

  Proven ability to manage a dynamic caseload with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
