Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week to ensure consistent therapeutic support.
\n
• Document each session meticulously, adhering to company policies while completing ongoing assessments and treatment plan reviews to monitor client progress.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including case managers, educators, and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to facilitate clients’ growth and help them achieve their mental health goals.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending clinical staff meetings and mandatory training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited college or university is essential.

• Must hold an active LMFT PA clinical license.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment planning, is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interaction and documentation.
\n
• Strong ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
\n
• Experience working with a diverse clientele to provide culturally competent care.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is considered a plus.

• Successful candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is highly desirable, particularly in modern therapeutic practices.

• Familiarity with family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Prior work in community health settings or with underrepresented populations is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a substantial sign-on bonus. Our compensation package includes additional financial incentives based on client sessions, thus promoting your financial growth as you help others.
