Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health evaluations and assessments, providing accurate diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, and families, particularly focusing on adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support and stabilization for clients in distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, tailoring content to client needs and fostering open dialogue.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and discharge planning.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate case records, adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and receive feedback, focusing on best practices in community mental health.

• Engage in practice-based research initiatives as needed to inform and improve clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
