Work Environment\n

This remote role offers flexibility while connecting with clients through teletherapy. Our team nurtures a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, allowing you to contribute meaningfully without the overhead of traditional office settings. Your schedule will primarily consist of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility as needed for patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans guided by solutions-focused interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Implement therapeutic strategies, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to maximize positive outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage actively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance clinical effectiveness and uphold the high standards of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them through knowledge and support.

Your work will predominantly involve a diverse population, including individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in employing solution-based psychotherapy interventions, tailoring care to meet individual patient requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a community health setting or familiarity with teletherapy practices will be advantageous. A background in trauma-informed care is also desirable, as we aim to create a safe and nurturing environment for all clients.
