Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth diagnostic screenings using validated assessment tools to evaluate patients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Document all assessments and therapeutic interventions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions, fostering a supportive environment while addressing mental health issues and facilitating healing.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment recommendations, referrals, and case management strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
