Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical health and mobility requirements to create individualized treatment plans targeting their specific goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapies to address various conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and functional mobility issues.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated treatment approach.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on objective findings and patient feedback.
• Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention, physical wellness, and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance therapeutic approaches and integrate patient feedback into care strategies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on innovative physical therapy practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.
