Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities and needs to create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a workload of one patient per hour, providing focused and high-quality care to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions, to promote recovery.
• Develop and implement personalized exercise regimens that align with patients' specific health and lifestyle goals.
• Monitor patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining open communication.
• Conduct patient education sessions to motivate clients and promote adherence to their rehabilitation protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We focus on providing personalized care to individuals seeking to regain their functional abilities and improve their overall health. This role will involve engaging with diverse patient demographics, including athletes, seniors, and people with various physical impairments, contributing to their empowerment and recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy and a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Skillful in creating and executing customized exercise programs tailored to specific patient requirements.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing group therapy sessions.
• Previous involvement in patient education programs and community health initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
