Our team consists of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care, primarily to patients with private medical insurance. Work Environment

This full-time position is centered in our modern rehabilitation facility, catering to a diverse range of orthopedic patients. As part of a cohesive team that includes two physical therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will benefit from a collaborative work environment in which knowledge sharing and professional development are highly encouraged. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm while you focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to recognize their specific goals and needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Adhere to a patient load of one individual per hour, facilitating detailed and attentive care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver comprehensive evaluations and interventions focused on injury recovery.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment methodologies that promote enhanced mobility and improved physical capabilities.
• Minimize dependence on pharmaceuticals by exploring effective non-surgical options for patient rehabilitation.
• Create individualized care plans utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education.
• Customize wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to ensure patients receive proven treatments that optimize their recovery.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to empower them in attaining their physical goals.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously, evaluate treatment efficacy and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

The primary client focus includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and those looking to improve their physical function and quality of life. As a member of our team, you will work closely with a patient demographic that typically consists of adults engaged in active lifestyles, athletes, and those recovering from surgical interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in California, with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a solid foundation in designing and executing patient-specific exercise regimens.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, notably WebPT, to ensure streamlined documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable skills in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
