Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to support a wide range of therapeutic activities. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a work-life balance for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care that meets individual needs.
• Utilize relevant orthopedic experience to provide high-quality, cost-effective treatments that improve patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Implement comprehensive care plans that integrate various treatment techniques and promote optimal recovery.
• Encourage patients to adopt healthier lifestyles by enhancing their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Maintain clear documentation of patient progress, treatment protocols, and outcomes for effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journey to maximize functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans according to patient progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves an orthopedic patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages, employing a variety of physical therapy techniques and wellness programs tailored to their specific needs. Building strong therapeutic relationships is essential to helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Unblemished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of orthopedic diagnoses.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing exercise protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience providing care in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a variety of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
