Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients and developing strong, professional relationships through empathy and ethical practice.

• Conducting regular progress assessments with clients, discussing treatment goals, stability, and future appointments, with the aim of facilitating smooth discharges as appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and continually monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and timely progress notes for all clients in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs of new clients and inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitating regular individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is particularly focused on serving youth, including adolescents and young adults experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Ability to meet the requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical environments.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Proficiency in computer skills with basic keyboarding capabilities for record-keeping and communication tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 - 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, the benefits package includes:
