Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly understand patients' unique needs and develop customized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and issues related to substance use.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community, allowing patients to share their experiences and learn from one another in a safe space.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, using evidence-based techniques to stabilize and support affected individuals.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our patients may range from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults dealing with more complex disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Excellent ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create actionable treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n
