We're looking for a New Business Development Executive ready to make an immediate impact by winning new manufacturing accounts and expanding business with those customers over time. Key Responsibilities Win new long-term manufacturing programs from OEMs and Tier suppliers across automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets through your own prospecting efforts Build and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to consistently achieve defined annual revenue growth targets Identify and convert high-value prospects into strategic, multi-year customer relationships Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract execution for new accounts Additional Duties Develop and execute a disciplined territory and prospecting strategy Travel as required to build executive-level customer relationships across North America Maintain consistent outbound prospecting activity to drive qualified pipeline growth Qualifications 10+ years of successful and quantifiable B2B sales experience Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills—hunter mindset Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing services industries Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Comfortable traveling up to 25% within the USA Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based commissions Health, dental, life, short-and-long-term disability insurance 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% 9 paid holidays + paid vacation plan Travel expense reimbursement Complimentary EV charging on site Paid training and professional development Inclusive and diverse team environment Join a company where your results will shape the future.
