Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, crafting clinical diagnoses that guide treatment decisions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various techniques and modalities to promote mental health recovery and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing a wide array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
